Here are the contents of this week's boxes. All weights are approximate and contents may vary depending on availability.....
In the boxes this week:

A (T Box contents in brackets)                                                                               Love 'em or hate 'em! id=
Potatoes- Rudolph! 1.2kg (800g)
Onions 500g (300g)
Carrots 600g (300g)
Parsnips 700g (500g)
Hard red cabbage (smaller cabbage)
Leeks 600g (400g)
Sprouts 400g (same)
(plus 4 portions of fruit)

B's will get Peppers 200g in place of the potatoes
G's are exactly the same as A boxes!
D's will get a further 600g potatoes and Mushrooms 200g
E's will get Peppers 200g, Mushroom 200g and a bulb of Garlic
L's and M's will get these additions plus Celery.

Rudolph potatoes are a variety bred to be so fluffy you can cook them without using oil to make delicious roast potatoes (but it's Christmas so treat yourself!). Arran Victories are unavailable this year due to the drought over summer. Rudolphs are a great alternative, although they are slightly less floury, and will therefore benefit from par boiling before roasting.
