The arrival of our first big batch of Yorkshire grown Brussels sprouts brings a wintry feel to the boxes this week. We're using Spanish tomatoes to bring a bit of colour, but UK veg boxes will instead be getting salad from Sheffield Organic Growers or the Freeman College nursery at High Riggs in Stannington; a site run on Biodynamic principles. The Freeman College Trust provides training and support for people with special educational needs. The Cavolo Nero in the large boxes is from Sheffield Organic Growers.
