Our colleagues at Mount Pleasant are currently offering bread making courses at the Mill. Mervin Austin, the owner, has been baking for many years and has been a great source of encouragement to us at Cat Lane. He runs the award-winning True Loaf Bakery as well as milling much of the flour we use at Cat Lane and has been selected as one of Rick Stein's Food Heroes. He is a dedicated campaigner on behalf of real bread and is now offering an opportunity to share his experience and knowledge. Whether you are a complete novice or have some experience of bread-making there is no doubt that Mervin's courses will develop your skills and inspire you to greater breadmaking achievements.
