Mount Pleasant Mill, Kirton-in-Lindsey id=Our colleagues at Mount Pleasant are currently offering bread making courses at the Mill.  Mervin Austin, the owner, has been baking for many years and has been a great source of encouragement to us at Cat Lane.  He runs the award-winning True Loaf Bakery as well as milling much of the flour we use at Cat Lane and has been selected as one of Rick Stein's Food Heroes.  He is a dedicated campaigner on behalf of real bread and is now offering an opportunity to share his experience and knowledge.  Whether you are a complete novice or have some experience of bread-making there is no doubt that Mervin's courses will develop your skills and inspire you to greater breadmaking achievements.

Mount Pleasant Mill is in Kirton in Lindsey between Scunthorpe and Gainsborough.

Contact Mervin directly (email .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address)) if you are interested in taking one of his courses but let him know where you live and we might be able to persuade him to come to Cat Lane Bakery and hold a bread making masterclass there!
